The power barge is designed to utilise 4-8 large bore engines operating natural gas or dual fuel (HFO or LFO) with thermal efficiency up to 50% at all loads.

Combining small to mid-scale LNG Floating Storage Solutions and Regasification Units (FSRU) with floating power barges provides flexible and easy access to emerging energy markets. The goal of the cooperation between BWSC and TGE Marine is provide a flexible power barge design that can be adapted to fit any project requirement.
Most efficient power plant in Mali
BWSC was in June 2017 awarded a EUR 90 million contract to build a 90 MW power plant in Kayes, Mali. The plant will increase the power capacity in Mali by at least 25 percent and contribute to growth and development in the West African country. BWSC will also operate and maintain the plant for at least 13 years.
BWSC markets hybrid power solutions
